Photographer Ayrom Ebadi uses the colours to capture the frustration and the freedom of sexual prejudice.

Curieux has been stunned by the recent series shot by Ayrom Ebadi. “The photograph is a complex of trust, fear, respect, and overflow. In spite of homosexual rights in recent years, this movement is still a subject of misjudgment. Social concept and belief, even in free countries, the person feels isolated and distanced from others,” explains Ebadi. By using red filter, Ebadi attempts to show anxiety, social marginalisation, hatred and in other words an agony in the life. This valuable pain can create “Freedom” and “Hope” beyond any stubborn thoughts shown in Ebadi’s images using green filter.
