Some time ago we have came cross work of Spela Jambrek, Slovenian based illustrator. Spela’s delicate pieces blown our mind instantly and we could not wait longer to ask her for collaboration. Spela explains the secrets behind her spectacular style and approach:
“My experience with different fields in life, graduating from psychology and fashion design, editing fashion print pages for a magazine and illustrating fashion gave me a broader look on fashion world, fashion trends, fashion industry, illustration and art. I find myself best when combining specific elements of each field and developing my own artistic structure or story behind it. Always with a tendency to be analytical, finding constructive meaning and solutions to artistic challenges, something that could be enlightening and inspiring to others who see or interpret it.”
Spela is also a great fashion editor and stylist. We are hoping that we will see more of Spela’s work in Curieux in the future.
