The series of portraits that Dorota Holubová has created, was the extension to her longer series called “The Atlas of Women”. In the Atlas of Women, Holubová has been documenting the lives of women living in a shelter for the victims of domestic violence against women. Throughout the project, she has witnessed some horrific stories. The 12 powerful portraits are all inspirational women that Holubová has carefully selected.
